Surfing in Pichilemu
Despues d Santiago nos fuimos unos dias a la costa del pacifico a disfrutar del buen tiempo,las olas y a comer buen marisco.Pichilemu es una playa de Surf famosa internacionalmente.En verano llega gente de todas partes,Australianos,Brasileños,Americanos....Es un pueblecito pequeño no muy turistico pero q en verano se transforma en Surf,fiesta y playa.....La verdad es q estuvimos una semana muy a gusto conocimos gente muy enrollada y Dorthe cogio una ola muy grande que posiblemente la escuchariais dsd España como chillaba de emocion jajjaja.After leaving Santiago we went to Pichilemu, surf capital of chile, just to enjoy the good weather, the waves and the seafood. Pichilemu is famous for surfing internationally, you can see a documentary called "origenes" in the internet. In summer it must be extremly crowded but for as it was a nice chilled out pueblo. We met lovely people, even changing the battery of our car was no problem. The water was soooooo cold, maybe knitting would be a better hobby.

We started our travel in santiago de chile planning and willing to buy a car, a 1960's volkswagenvan in metalic blue with little flowers at the sides preferably, .....not that easy. After 2 weeks of desperation we finally found andres, a 70 year old chileno who was not only willing to sell us his car but also to teach us spanish and german history from the beginning to the end, victors first phonecall took him 1 hour and whilst telling me about Bismarck he didn't mind at all that i didn't understand him.
After money changed hands, the car was registered (a few difficulties there had to be solved by paying a notary 500000 pesos) and so on we thought everything was sorted as we only needed a bed to be put in place. We chose a carpenter from the neighbourhood, Horacio, who promised us over a bottle of white wine in a seafood restauraunt that we can start travelling the next day! Such a good, honest, funny fellow, he liked to smoke a joint or two as well and prefered to hang out with his mates rather than working on our bed. In the end it took him 4 days (Papa, du haettest das in 2 std dreimal so gut gemacht!!) to do the bed. But then, after nearly three weeks we could leave santiago

Despues de algunas criticas recibidas a nuestro blog por la escasa actividad y por ser muy minimalista, os prometemos q a partir de ahora trabajaremos un poco mas.
El viaje como todos sabeis empezo en Santiago de Chile planeando y deseando encontrar una furgoneta de los 70´s en azul metalico con florecitas....no fue facil y despues de dos semanas buscando una furgoneta en condiciones finalmente encontramos a Andres,un hombre de 70 años chileno que no solo queria vender la furgoneta sino q ademas nos estuvo dando clases de historia alemana dsd el principio al final,la primera vez a hable con el por telefono y me estuvo contando toda la historia de la transicion española,Franco, primo de rivera......
Una vez comprada la furgoneta,despues de algunos problemillas con el notario finalmente la furgoneta era nuestra.pero ahora empezaba otra odisea,teniamos q hacer la cama.Nos recomendaron un carpintero del barrio,Horacio,muy simpatico y divertido.Nos fuimos a comer una picadita al mercado central al bar de un amiguete,q nos preparo marisco buenisimo fresco y barato,tomamos una botella de vino para los tres y horacio nos prometio q la furgoneta estaria al dia siguiente,pero le costo nada menos q cuatro dias.El trabajo quedo bien,pero no suficiente para el standard aleman, ya q horacio es muy le gusta el drinking y un poquito el smoking y se despista a la hora de trabajar jejeje.Al final todo bien y podriamos empezar el viaje yeahhhh!!!!!!
